Anette focuses on mastering basic training movements to help clients become independent and confident. Her approach includes skill development, muscle isolation, and various loading methods, along with stretching and mobility techniques to restore proper movement patterns. With 20 years of experience and as an award winning fitness model, Anette has worked with a wide range of fitness levels, conditions, and ages.

Cadence Chen

NASM CPT, CES, CPR/AED

 

Cadence believes fitness is her passion because of all the health benefits it provides. Her goal is to help clients grow, move, and perform better. She has a kinesiology background and specialization in corrective exercise and functional aging. Cadence also has years of experience with weight loss clients and nutritional coaching.

Elizabeth Torres

ACE CPT, CPR/AED

Elizabeth has a background in theatre and dance, even traveling to Africa several times to work with children in performance art. Her specialty as a trainer are weight training, muay-thai/boxing, and bootcamp style of exercise. Energetic in her approach, she is a great fit for clients looking to tone up and improve their overall conditioning and strength.

Emily Hennelly 

ACE CPT, CPR/AED

Emily is an ACE fitness nutrition specialist and has a great passion for fitness and wellness. She is an avid photographer and learns more each time she help clients reach their fitness goals.

Gevork Arzumanyan 

ACE CPT, CPR/AED

Gevork has a B.S. in Kinesiology with emphasis on exercise science. He is the Founder of Kinletes and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Gevork combines physical therapy and fitness to help clients optimize movement and prevent injuries.

Juwon T. Nichols 

ACE CPT, CPR/AED

 

Juwon Nichols is a dynamic fitness trainer with over 15 years of experience in providing tools for people to reach athletic and fitness goals. Juwon has served in the United States Air Force. With acquiring an M.S. in Exercise Science, Juwon has been afforded the privilege to promote health and wellness to several populations--from college athletes to persons diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and individuals with special abilities.

Michael Ferree, 

NASM CPT, TRX, CPR/AED

Michael has been a personal trainer for 14 years and loves working with people to better themselves and thrives on seeing others succeed. BS in Kinesiology and an MA in Psychology, he believes strongly that fitness is actually even more mental than physical. He prides himself on being a good listener and strong motivator in the gym with his clients.

Michelangelo Avila,

ASFA CPT, CPR/AED

Michelangelo uses a wide variety of exercise and movements to adapt a program around a clients' unique structure and strength. His technique focuses on functional mobility, use of body weight, and free weights.

Tyler Richmeier, 

NASM CPT, CPR/AED

Tyler's primary focus is on weight loss/toning, but he has also worked with clients looking to increase muscle size, mobility, and strength.

Additionally, he's worked with women looking to stay active during pregnancy. Tyler's approach to working with clientele is that of a team effort.

Vahe Aristakessian

ISSA CPT, CPR/AED, NUTRITION

Vahe holds a degree in Athletic Administration and Coaching, with a certification for personal training and nutrition through International Sports Science Association. He works with clients of ages, with in-depth work with our youth clients. Muscle gain and weight loss goals are his specialty.
