Abram Tutunjian

ACSM CPT, B.S. Kinesiology, FAI

Abram (AJ) is a genuine and experienced trainer in many different areas; weight/fat-loss, toning, strength, increase muscle size and sport performance. Abram competed in Men’s physique and played a variety of sports growing up. Uses a holistic approach when training and provides motivation to help clients reach their goals. His ultimate goal for his clients is to help them achieve fulfillment with their body, minds and spirit.

Alexandra Sarmiento

NCCPT, CPR/AED

Alexandra (Ally) won the overall NPC Excalibur Bikini contest 2014! She has been a personal trainer and meal prep guru for 6 years, while being involved in athletics all her life. She loves changing lives and being in the fitness and wellness industry!

Michael Ferree, 

NASM CPT, TRX, CPR/AED

Michael has been a personal trainer for 14 years and loves working with people to better themselves and thrives on seeing others succeed. BS in Kinesiology and an MA in Psychology, he believes strongly that fitness is actually even more mental than physical. He prides himself on being a good listener and strong motivator in the gym with his clients.

Michelangelo is soft spoken, guiding and adapting a program around a clients' personal needs. His technique focuses on functional mobility, use of body weight, and agility. 

Tracey Kelley-Valdez

Tracey specializes in helping women be the best they can be through nutrition and fitness. "There is more to Fitness then just cardio. I will teach you about strength training and functional fitness mobility, along with the use of your own bodyweight."

Tyler Richmeier, 

NASM CPT, CPR/AED

Tyler's primary focus is on weight loss/toning, but he has also worked with clients looking to increase muscle size, mobility, and strength. Additionally, he's worked with women looking to stay active during pregnancy. Tyler's approach to working with clientele is that of a team effort.
